Thank you for joining our incredible community of wāhine health professionals and mentors! We value mentors at all levels of professional experience—your lived experience and willingness to support others are what truly matter.
Our Clinical-lead and Matching Band meets several times a year (February, May, July, September, and November) to thoughtfully pair mentees with our mentors. Each cohort utilises around 20% of our database and matching is mentee-issue specific, so your skills and experiences may not be drawn on immediately until required.

ℹ️ Check out our About page and review FAQ 7 for a handy table outlining the expected time commitment for each mentoring stream. Our JUMP programme is a one-off conversation with a mentee (they will speak with up to three mentors in total), our JOURNEY programme involves being matched with a mentee for a monthly conversation for up to 6 months.

This will make it a breeze for our matching band to pair you with wāhine that fit just right.
